T&C – ORDER
- RM200 is required as deposit if there’s no ready stock available. Our stocks are selling fast so it’s advisable to place a deposit if want to secure your order. No deposit needed if stocks are available.

T&C – PAYMENT
- OUTSTATION BUYER – Customer has to pay full amount prior item delivery (via Pos Laju or equivalent service)
- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) – Payment upon item collection
Payment can be done via:

- CIMB – 1222 0000 432 102 (IBU CERGAS MARKETING)
- Credit Card – Through Paypal only. Payment link/url will be sent through email upon order confirmation. 3.5% service charge applied.
T&C – COD and DELIVERY
- Delivery will be done via POS LAJU or equivalent service. We are not responsible for any loses or damages during delivery.
- Please provide FULL NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT NO. and EMAIL ADDRESS for the shipment.
- For COD, our collection center is at SEKSYEN 19, SHAH ALAM and CYBERJAYA/PUTRAJAYA, subject to our availability.
T&C – WARRANTY
- 1 Year Limited Warranty for Pump(Motor) and 90 days Limited Warranty for Other Parts.
How to claim warranty?
- Please notify officially to Ibu Cergas via email (ibucergas@gmail.com) on the defect items.
- For outstation buyers, please pack the defect item and ship to us via POS LAJU only.
- Please allow us to check on the defects in 1-2 weeks time.
- Should the item have to be rectify and send back to factory, we need to send the package to the country of origin; processing time depending on the defect problems.
- Once ready, we will notify you officially for delivery.
- All cost shall be under Ibu Cergas cost.
Notes:
- The warranty is valid only for damage due to manufacturer defect. If the damage caused by negligence of the customer, warranty claim will not be entertained.
- We will provide a loan for breast pump during the period of warranty claim process and it is subject to breast pump availability. RM500 deposit will be required but fully refundable if the pump returned in good condition.
- All Breast pumps products were imported from US and warranty claim should be made through the country of origin.
